Account Qualification

Cotton Cloud is a wholesale based company, our products are suitable for apparel decorators, and promotional markets. Cotton Cloud does not sell garments to the general public.  A reseller’s certificate number must be provided at time of account set up.  Visit our website www.cottoncloudapparel.com for account set up and evaluation.


Payment Terms

We only accept money orders, cashier checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Net 30 days Standard terms are available to qualified customers by our factors, credit approval may take several days. Past due invoices are subject to late fees.



Prices are subject to change without notice. Customers will be charged prices in effect at the time merchandise is ordered. For discounted pricing, contact your Sales or Customer Service Representative. Pricing is calculated by quantity ordered per SKU.


Shortages / Shipping Errors

Shortages or shipping errors must be reported within five days of receipt of shipment.



It is the Buyer’s responsibility to inspect and test all merchandise before washing, printing, or any type of decorating.  Once merchandise is altered in any way, the buyer cannot return or make any exchanges. Request for returns must be made within 30 days of Invoice Date. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior approval.  No returns allowed without an RA# obtained from our Customer Service Department. In order to ensure proper credit and to avoid delay the RA# must be clearly marked on the return shipment. All returns must be shipped prepaid. All returns must be received within 30 days of RA# issue date.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all return merchandise except defective goods and shipping errors. All unshipped orders or Will Call orders that have been processed, but not delivered or picked up within a 72 hour window, will also be assessed a 15% restocking fee.


Same Day Shipping

Confirmed and credit approved orders received by 1:00 pm EST for in stock merchandise will generally ship the same day.


Will Call

Orders to be picked up at our warehouse must be phoned in 4 hours prior to pick up. No walk-ins allowed. Orders need to be picked up within 24 hours, or they will be cancelled, returned to stock, and assessed a 15% restocking fee.

All shipments will be shipped via UPS ground service unless otherwise specified. Excess shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Cotton Cloud will not be responsible for non-delivery, delay, loss, or damaged during shipment.  All merchandise is shipped FOB origin.


Color Matching

Because of the nature of pigment dyed process and variability of the dyeing process, we cannot guarantee perfect continuity of shade across all styles or from one order to the next.
