If there was a problem with your order, we’ll fix it! Please contact our customer service team customercare@cottoncloudapparel.com for a return authorization.
Shortages / Shipping Errors
Shortages or shipping errors must be reported within five days of receipt of shipment.
Returns
- Request for returns must be made within 30 days of Invoice Date.
- Absolutely no returns allowed without an RA# obtained by Customer Service.
- To ensure proper credit and to avoid any delays the RA# must be clearly marked on the return shipment.
- All returns must be shipped prepaid.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of RA# issue date.
- No decorated apparel can be returned.
- 15% restocking fee will be charged on all return merchandise except defective goods and shipping errors.
